Topic: Initiate recording via midi controller

Hello,

I am using a BCF2000 to control the UFX via midi in standalone mode for use as a live mixer/recorder.  I seem to have everything figured out except how to initiate recording.  The BCF's emulation template for Mackie mode shows that Shift + the lower right button on the BCF is linked to "Record" but this does not trigger my UFX to record.  All my inputs are armed for recording, so that's not it.  Can anyone help?

There is no MIDI support for this feature at this time.

Thanks, Jeff. Looking forward to future updates that I hope will have this feature, plus the ability to control gain on 9-12 and perhaps even control effects via midi.  In the meantime I know I can initiate recording using the encoders, so it is not critical.
