what's different between these card

I see both of them on internet and the same price

which one is the newest one, black or the silver one

There is no difference besides the color. The black slot was changed three years ago to silver to accomplish the new european law for electronic devices. I doubt that some of the very few black ones is still available. Some took an old picture and never changed it.
