We'll do some recording and mixing on remote location and I will not be able to use my trusty Coleman monitor controller.

What I'd like to ask is - what happens in case of computer crash?

Will I still be able to turn volume down with rotary encoder in case my computer crashes and FF400 goes into buffer loop or produces
nasty noises at max volumes?

I noticed that only UFX is advertised as "you can turn the volume down in case of a computer crash".

What about other devices? FF400, FF UC and Babyface?
