Topic: FF400 - Intermittent Host Light Error - No Sound

Hi Folks,

I got to the studio today and after a full session last late in the week, I got no sound coming out of the FF400.
After awhile sound started but then cut off and started coming in and out intermittently.
Every time the sound cuts out, the red "Host" light comes on.  At one point I even go a beeeeeeeeeeep sound coming out and had to disconnect the FF400 for it reset.

I disconnected the FF and reconnected, same thing.
I changed FW ports, same thing.
I changed the FW cable, same thing.

I reinstalled the drivers:
Fireface Flash Update 1.70 2.77
Fireface_297_x86

Same thing.


Help!

Remove any other FW devices (especially if you have Apple Cinema Display with a FW connection), something is causing trouble on the FW bus.
