Hi,  I'm new to the RME UFX.  Love RME's stuff.  I have a couple general questions I haven't been able to dig up on the forum or in the manual.

1.  Is the front display on the UFX dimmable or is it possible to switch it off?

2.  On the front display is there a way to change the meter ballastics?  When listening to core audio (such as itunes) through the UFX with material that's been mastered the output level meter is basically 'in the red' all the time due to it being so close to '0db'.

3.  When should the +24dBu main output setting be used?  ( In my setup I have outputs 1-2 feeding into an external passive volume controller, then out to the amp).

Other info:  I'm using this on a Mac via USB connection and working with Pro Tools 9.  Works like charm.
