Hi...how should I calibrate my monitors with what I have to mix music?

I have:


A room with wood floors 4.5m long x 3.5m wide x 2.1m high
Mackie MR5 speakers
A radio shack SPL meter
RME Fireface UC
TotalMix
DAW software: Sonar 8.5.3


Now...what do I need?
How do I calibrate my monitors?
