Topic: OVR Warning

When the track is playing with 44.100/16 indicator lights on the OVR
The track was recorded earlier and it may not be an overload.
This is normal or not?
Should the indicator OVR light up when you reach the maximum level 0db?

Set via F2. Depends on your setting.

I have not found the item in the settings (F2), which could control it (OVR limit). What do you specifically mean?

Who can clearly explain what is happening?

Re: OVR Warning

It says 'Full scale samples for OVR'. Raise the value to 3, 5 or 10 (more makes no sense) and the OVR indication will work differently.

Re: OVR Warning

Hi,

maybe OVR it's already explained in BabyFace manual or
download DigiCheck and read about in the "Help"

"Levels higher than 0 dBFS: Over without an Over"

Re: OVR Warning

My question was a little about that.
I don't understand why at the correct digit level to 0 db I have indicator lights up overload?
Regardless of the setting in "Full scale samples for OVR"

Re: OVR Warning

It also depends on the material you are playing back... If it is from a commercial CD, google for "loudness wars"...
