Hi,

I recently connected my Fireface 800 and it was not detected anymore by my pc.
Nor was it detected by other pc's.
The red host light is on but the pc detects no new devices. I tried rebooting... updating drivers... other pc's...nothing.

My Fireface 400 gets detected on all 3 pc's.

I'm afraid the unit is broken.
When shipping this to service, how much will this approxamatly cost?
The unit had only 3 years of garantee in the shop where I bought it from.
