Topic: A new/used FF400 causing me some problems...

Hey everyone,

Just got a used FF400 for a great price but there is a small problem with it.
The rotary knob in to the front of the device is missing. not only the plastic cover but also the steel rod that's inside of it.
I think that the rotary it self is still intact and after gently pushing a screwdriver in it and turning it I could still hear the
rotary going in clicks and not just spinning in thin air.

I don't really know if I even still have a warranty   (This purchase is starting to look stupid smile
but I do have the original box and serial number on her and on the actual machine.

So a few questions:
1. How do I know if I still have a warranty?
2. If not, where can I get some kind of rotary switch like that?
3. Is it possible to control preamp gain level, headphones level and so on using the TotalMix program?

Thank you for the help and a great week.

Abuse is not covered by warranty. The unit can be sent in to your local distributor for repairs, at your expense. The knob does not do anything that can not be done with the TotalMix software or Fireface Settings application on the computer.
