Hey guys. My firewire800 port is broken, and fireface settings and mixer still don't work when i use the 400 port either, using a 400-800 cable.

So I'm thinking there is a hardware problem that needs to be fixed before I can get up and running.

Is there a place I can have my Fireface800 repaired in Southern California? Is there an authorized place I'm supposed to send it in to be repaired?
