Topic: Fireface 400 - output 6 9dB lower

I've have a FireFace 400 and I've just noticed that the output on 6 is lower than the rest of the outputs by about 9dB.

When I output a 1kHz tone through outputs 5 + 6, TotalMix says 5 + 6 are the same level. When I loop the outputs to the Fireface inputs I can see that output 6 is actually about 9dB lower.

I am on Windows 7, running driver version 3.062

Can anyone help with this please?

9 dB sounds like the internal level switching is not working correctly on one channel. Compare the three output levels that you select in the Settings dialog.
