If I want use RME clock should I use RME "internal clock"?

Wikipedia actually has a nice description.
Basically, it's a synchronization signal for multiple devices.
So... If I have just my Fireface UC I must use its internal clock, isn't it? But if I have, for example, a Universal Audio 4-710 (a hardware that has a clock too) I can choose "world Clock" withing Settings of RME. This way, I'm going to use the clock of Universal Audio device. Is it correct?!...

Yes. By the way, it is "Word Clock". Not "World"....
