Hi,

I've plugged an XLR microphone cable into input 1 on my FF400.When trying to unplug it i noticed it was stuck. I bought the interface 2 months ago in Barcelona, but now i'm in Brazil to work with an artist and i need the interface to work...Well, i called the support in São Paulo but they recomended me to fix it when i get back to Barcelona because of the warranty. Well i really like the interface but i don't know how to proceed...if i take to a local tech i will risk my warranty ok, but what is the other option that i have?Wait 3 months when i go back to Barcelona?Serious? Please i need help, i'm having sessions of pré-production every day and this situation it's not good for me at all. How to proceed in this case???
