Topic: talkback shortcut key when totalmix window in background

hi folks,

i can set the talkback button to work from the f8 key on my computer keyboard. is there any way for this to work when the totalmix window is in the background? it doesn't seem like this function is part of the driver at the moment, but could the command be sent to totalmix using autohotkeys or something like that?

I know this question being asked before, and I believe the response from RME is that you need to use one of the remote controls to do this.  I tried finding a talkback key using my BCF2000 but with no luck.
