Topic: FireFaceUC on Mac problem...

Hello~

At the first, I am very happy about my FFUC on PC.
Just follow the manual,and it's done!The sound quality is amazing!

But when I connect to MacBookPro,I have some noise and distored sound(like crackling?) .The sound lag sometimes,too.

Here is my system:

MacBookPro 5.1
- OS X 10.5.8
- Intel core2 duo 2.53GHz
- 4GB DDR3
- Firmware 115
- Driver version 1.62
Parallels Desktop installed


I am using Reaper and the ASIO driver.
No matter how I set up the buffer size,the problem is still there.
The same problem when using iTune

Please give me informations or some tips to elimitate this problem.THX!!

U have to set the rme to a pc or mac environment did you do that ?

Parallels is the cause of the trouble, this app installs new USB drivers that interfere with the RME (and other) USB audio devices.
