Topic: Another FireFace 400 question

I have a new computer and I need to get a new Firewire card. I know to get the TI chipset, but should I get a firewire 400 PCIe card or a Firewire 800 PCIe card? I'm triggering BFD2 if this matters.  Thanks Dan
