Topic: Fireface UFX Noisy inputs 9-12 in Mic and Instrument mode

Hello,

I recently purchase a used Fireface UFX and inputs 9 to 12 are noisy, once past about half way I hear a lot of hiss, also click and pops when I adjust the gain and a winy buzz when I switch the instrument option on that it is incremental from 9 to 12 (the noisiest).

Sometime one of those channels randomly swiches off and produces not sound. This also happen with nothing plugged in.

I also own a FF 800 and doesn't behave like this. It is normal for the UFX?

This is not normal, you should contact your local distributor and send the unit in for a check up.
