Topic: My flash update tool not working?

I have latest version of the flash updater but when I run the pcie_fut.exe the box comes up and programme status says 'not updated'. So I press the update button but then the status turns to failed...? Any ideas? Thanks.

If this is the HDSP 9632 card you were asking about before, you are using the wrong Flash Update Tool. You have the version for PCIe cards, you need this one: https://archiv.rme-audio.de/download/fut_wdm_dsp.zip
