Topic: pci express with adi 2?

Hi,this is mi first post.
I have a adi2 and I?m recording directly thru the optical port of my G5 dual in logic pro. It sounds good but there?s too much latency monitoring spanish guitars. What can I do to solve the problem. Can I connect any pci card to my adi2 to reduce the latency? And how much will I reduce it?

You have two options: a firewire only interface with the 400/800 series, or a PCMCIA interface with the Digiface/Multiface.  I'd go with the later if you don't need any mic preamps.
