Thanks.  I searched the forums before I posted & again after your reply but didn't find what I needed.  Any links &/or info to steer me in the right direction will be greatly appreciated.

I just built a new PC, with an Asus P8Z68/Deluxe Gen 3, an i7 2700k quad,16 gigs of Kingston value ram and an asus silent 210 nvidia graphics card, the pci slot works grerat with the multiface pci card, i then installed Pro tools 10 and everything is working great so far.
I did check with Chris Ludwig and then I checked with Asus tech support, all agreed before hand that they thought it should work, and IT DOES.
I also have a Toshiba Qosmio X505-Q895 with the express card going to a multiface as well, i now have 2 multifaces and i am going to use them together to link the 2 computers, the laptop has Cubase 6 and all my plugins on it
I am getting a Apple macbook pro with a i7 quad 2 GHZ- i am looking at using this interface to go to the thunderbolt input

check it out-it may be the pcexpress solution to apples lack of a pcexpress card on the 15" models, and i dont want to loose the ability to have an external monitor so i am looking into this usb to dvi/vga adapter from evga
