Topic: Fireface 400 & Analog Summing (D-Box)

Hi!

This is my first post! :-)

My question is:
I must connect a Fireface 400 to an analog summing device (Dangerous D-box) using the 8 analog line outputs. But I would like to know if the two unbalanced channels 7/8 dedicated to headphones have the same audio quality of the other 6 lines.
Can I use it as a normal line outputs?

The audio quality is the same. The connection is unbalanced, though.

Ok, thanks for your fast answer.

So even if the channels 7 and 8 are unbalanced and dedicated to the headphones can I still use them just like normal analog line outputs (as the same to other 6 lines of output)? Right?!
Will i have a degraded signal?

Is there a qualitative difference between balanced and unbalanced signal?
(I'll use a cable of 1 meter).

No difference in audio quality.
