Topic: multiface 2 problem

hello rme support,

i have an problem with my multiface2, i installed a few months ago the latest drivers, everything was fine. But since 1 week i have problems with the pci card i think. I must unplug it and plug it again to make the card and the multiface work. else the multiface is not working. No leds flashing when i start my pc. If i unplug the card and plug it in again then it works, i have no clue whats the problem, i hope some1 from you can help me out with this problem.

Contact problem at the slot? If the card is older try cleaning its gold contacts carefully with a rubber pencil/eraser.

hello,

i found the problem, its a temperature problem. when i am at work i open die window to get fresh air in my room. The last days we have very cold temperature outside and that causes the problem. yesterday i left the windows closed and after booting the system everything works fine.
