Topic: Babyface & XP : hardware recognized but invisble into the devices list

Hello,

I've installed for several month the babyface on a XP SP3.
Today the babyface seems to work but in fact it is unrecognized into the "Sound and Audio Devices Properties panel" of XP.
More precisely into the choice list : Sound Recording

However, the Babyface is recognized into the hardware list, and the TotalMix panel starts.
But there is no sound recording.

What I already did :
- upgraded with the last firmware
- used the last driver
- reinstall XP (just after the setup of the Babyface, all seems to be OK, but after a restart I have the same problem).

I'm really lost and need help.

Any other audio/MIDI devices in use?

no.

The audio chipset on the motherboard in disabled.

Precision: the list for the default device (Sound recording) is totally empty.

Ok thanks for your help, but a solution was found.
The problem doesn't deal with the Babyface, it comes from the use of the windows remote desktop tool.
