Topic: Can't get Talkback to work on UCX with remote

I've done several searches and didn't get anything for this, as well as reading the manual.

I have mic input 2 routed as talkback in totalmix fx, and the meter reflects a high input
level from the mic.  The talkback button turns orange on control room when remote "prog" is pressed, but music doesn't dim
and there is no sound from the TB mic in the headphones (headphones working normally).  Everything else is working normally.

Then you either haven't defined the headphones output as 'Phones', or the mic's fader is down when Phones is the active submix.
