Hi guys,

I'm trying to use analog in/outs of my RME Multiface II for live processing with Waves MultiRack on any standard analog mixer - via inserts on masters, tracks, groups or as an effect

But I seem to be unable to configure my card to a virtually "real live latency free optimization"

currently buffering nicely for any other purpuses at 256 - 6ms (wich I believe is also good for MultiRack live events...or not...this is also an issue I'm taking to Waves dudes)

using ASIO direct monitoring doesn't seems to do it by itself, cause I only seem to be able to route all processing through playback outputs ...wich bring along delayed latency for live acts

maybe I'm doing something wrong 

currently using:

Toshiba Satellite A 200 dual core 2 gb mem PC
RME Hammerfall DSP Multiface II w/ PCI HDSPe Express Card

I actually don't really know if what I'm attempting is possible with this "ancient" hardware set-up

Huge fan of my RME Card for recording (I use the same hardware very very nicely with Nuendo, SoundForge or any other)

but can this "live situation" also be done with this gear?

Need a litle help here if possible
