Topic: Crackling sound with the first note?

Hi,
There is a problem with my Fireface UC:
Let's say I'm playing a software instrument. I hear a crackling sound with the first note i play. But only with the first note... No crackling with the following notes. Then i stop playing for a few seconds and when i start playing i hear the crackling with the first note again. It's like Fireface goes into the sleep mode or something and wakes up when i play a note.
Any idea?

No known issue with the FF UC. Mac or PC? Which OS? Done any system tuning?

It happens both on Windows 7 and OSX Lion. What those tunings may be?

BTW, this crackling sound is quite subtle. Even so it's irritating.

I've noticed that it doesn't happen only when playing with midi keyboard. It also happens when resuming a paused track on media player (or movie).
