Ok...this issue has probably been analyzed to death but i still couldn't find an answer for this exact situation.

I have 3 times the PCI + Multiface.

They are now synced like this: MF1 WC out -> MF2 WC in -> MF2 WC out -> MF3 WC in, no termination.

But I have read that this might cause slight delay in the path and better solution could be using T-adapters like this:

MF1 -> T -> MF2 and MF3 (MF3 terminated)

What is the best way?
