Why did you remove the standard remote?!
I ordered my UCX few days ago and now I seen that you removed it.
If it comes without remote I will be very disappointed, it was a great
feature sad

The Remote is now available separately, and you have a choice of Advanced or Basic Remote.
That said, maybe your retailer will still provide one with the Remote...

yeah I just got call from my retailer and they just received my unit that includes remote smile
