Topic: Midi control - stereo output with single fader?

Hello,

I am using a BCF2000 to control outputs from my UFX.  All of my outs are stereo: Monitors A and B, plus several headphone mixes.  Currently each stereo mix takes up two faders on the BCF2000, which is a waste of control surface space and also results in noisy automatic fader movements.  Is there a way set up the UFX so that a single BCF fader controls a stereo mix on the UFX?  I keep thinking there may be way to do this with the new channel layout feature, but I can't figure it out.

Cheers,

David

Hi,
I believe using the Faders Groups in Total Mix FX should do this for you.

You have unchecked the "Map Stereo to 2 Mono Channels" from mackie control options in tmfx setup, right?

No!  I did not see that option.  It sounds like exactly what I need. I'll try it. Thanks!
