Topic: rme 400 with radial studio re amper

Hi Guys,

I have recently brought a Radial Studio Re Amper to use for a project that needs to be in pretty soon but i can't seem to get it up and running. I'm going to try and clearly state how I'm doing it right now and with a bit of luck one of you guys can see where I'm going wrong.

From Output 5 on the back of the interface i have a 1/4 jack going to a male XLR lead on the Radial. So thats 1/4 to to male XLR. Its a balanced lead.

From the i have a guitar lead going from the output to my select amp.

Within my DAW (Logic 9) I have the DI track's output selected at 5-6.

Ive tried sending it to an AUX with the output and tried fiddling in Totalmix. Right now the DI track is coming out the monitors which is really freaking me out as they are on output 1-2.

Does anyone have any suggestions. Really stuck on this one.

Any help appreciated,

Steve

no-one?

The guys at Radial said that what i am doing sounds okay and that its probably something to do with the RME or Total Mix.

So naturally i thought someone here could shed some wisdom on the problem.

Sounds like a totalmix routing issue. Have you watched the videos on youtube and read the manual on creating a submix etc?
