Topic: Fireface 800 Channel Volume Differences

Please forgive me if this is one of those "duh, what a moron" sort of questions:
I have installed my Fireface 800 on a new computer (Windows 7) and am finding a difference in output levels on different channels. The output levels from channels 4-6 are normal but the output from all of the other channels is much lower. I have updated firmware and drivers.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is the level visibly different in the mixer also (third row)? If so, please load a factory preset.
If not, how much of a difference is there?

Volumes are equal and normal in mixer. Tried different factory presets but problem persists.

As for levels, volumes are easily less than half of normal.

Where exactly are you seeing the level imbalance/discrepancy (what piece of gear)?
