My Computer is: Windows 7,  Gigabyte and i3

My Sound card is:  RME HDSP 9632. I’m working with the card foe 2 years.
I use just Audio inputs for  recording.

While I Recording, No signal on Left or Right inputs. Some times, no signal on   both inputs.
Occasional, both inputs are working fine.

All computer,  cables, drivers were checked.
Where the problem might be.  May have trouble entering my card?. If is it has problem on the card, both inputs works some times.
In addition,  outs Of The Card are working fine.

Please help me.
