Is it possible to connect Babyface to speakers with TRS-TRS cables by using the two phone outs?

why would you do that? If your speakers don't have XLR ins, just get an XLR Female to TRS cable or converter and connect the speakers to the Babyface's XLR main outs. The headphone outs are not balanced, they are unbalanced stereo signals.

No. Both headphone outs are stereo outputs.
