Topic: Help needed - routing question, UFX/Hilo

Greetings,
     I recently bought the Lynx Hilo, which I am using alongside the RME UFX.
I am tracking in using the UFX, and monitoring my main output using the Hilo.
The problem is, I can't use direct monitoring of my UFX inputs with this configuration, can you recommend how to route the input signal on the UFX directly to the Lynx outs? I am trying to acheive latency free monitoring through the Hilo, so I can still sequence my hardware synths without sloppy timing.

How do you connect it to the UFX? AES/EBU I/O?

I have them both connected to the main computer via firewire/usb, so I was thinking how to "pass" the incoming signal onto the HIlo without going through the DAW software on the way-
I could certainly go the AES/EBU if you recommend. Whatever you recommend.

To monitor the UFX inputs with another interface and low latency connect the AES/EBU or ADAT output of the UFX (e. g. main out) to the AES or ADAT input of the other interface.
