Topic: UCX USB port

Hi, I have been using my new UCX via firewire successfully with an iMac and MacBook.
I have tried installing it on two PC laptops via usb and the drivers will not load once installed and unit restarted. I installed the USB drivers on my iMac and the UCX does not work - the Fireface USB Settings app will not start. Is it possible that the USB port on the UCX is not working? I have restarted with the Firewire port and it is fine.

Thanks, I have tried a different cable that works another device but still no joy
