I got a faulty UFX from Musician's Friend last year and sent it back to the US, and bought another one, very happy with my UFX for about 9 months since then.

I found the rotary knobs seems not working properly again tonight, but it is OK when control it through my iMac, and I really need it for my recording project.

How can I get some help if I was not buying through the local dealer? I am in Taiwan. Can I change the VR myself?
