What is the best PC hardware spec for Fireface 400 ?
what CPU , Main-board ,VGA , and Memory is compatible with FF400 and helps it for the best possible performance?

There are no such specs. Neither CPU, RAM, or FGA directly interact with the FF400, and there are no specific criteria for "compatibility".
We recommend the services of specialised retailers of audio PCs for well-tuned turnkey systems.
