Hi guys,

i just upgraded my Babyface with a Fireface UCX, i was really happy with my experience with Babyface but i needed more analog I/O so i bought a Fireface UCX.
But i'm facing a dilemma, the connections on the back panel, for the power supply, firewire, usb, midi and remote, they're all very loose... for an interface that it's suppose to be portable i'm wondering if it's normal or if my unit is faulty.
Anyone having the same issue?
