Topic: Fireface UC no more recognized by PC

Suddenly (after a year of great workin') my fireface Uc is no more recognized by both my laptop and my PC. 

I've tried to reinstall latests drivers but it doesn't work (error: software not found) 

The strange facts are:

- both PCs read the device as "Fireface UC mac (23227539)". what does it mean?
- If the device is not recognized why there's not red led lit on? 

Please, anyone can help me?

Please refer to the manual and switch the unit back to PC mode.
(Double click front encoder with USB disconnected)
