Seriously: I had to modify my UFX in order to use the Advanced Remote Control.
At first I was skeptical because I didn't want to send in my UFX and be without it for a couple of days.
One phone-call with the distributor later and I had an appointment to bring in the device on the same day.
It took all but 10 minutes to modify the UFX and check if the ARC is working.
The modification didn't cost me one buck.

Never had a single problem with my UFX since I bought it Mid 2011 and I use it every day in my studio.
It just keeps getting better with the added features like DURec and the TotalMix FX updates.
The ARC is a great time-saver and it's build quality is second to none (0.5kg for this tiny device!).

Good job, folks! This is a company I feel very comfortable with.
