Topic: Newbe question

Hello, New to recording and to this forum.
I have a FireFace UFX and would like to take the input from one mike Preamp and send it to 2 cubase traks with one of them phase reversed

Can anyone tell me how this can be done ?

If you mic is on input 9 click a free digital output, e.g. ADAT 1/2 (it gets brighter).
- Set the fader of input 9 to 0 dB with output still selected (brighter).
- Click loopback in output ADAT 1/2 and deactivate the stereo button. Now you have two mono outputs (ADAT 1 and ADAT 2 with loopback selected).
- Activate the phase reverse button in ADAT 2 channel.

Both signals will be now rerouted to the software input ADAT 1/2. Select these channels as recording source for your Cubase tracks.
