Hello!

I use two boxes of HDSP Multiface II mounted in a rack.
To access their analog Inputs and Outputs I use a Neutrik NYS-SPP-L1 patchpanel connected with 50cm balanced TRS cables.

All patch-bay sections are isolated and therefore are not grounded.

Is the any disadvantages of using patch-bays like this I should know about?

Also I use instrumental TS jacks(unbalanced) to connect guitars to patch-bay.
