I've just re-formated my imac I5 Late 2009 under Snow Leopard, then I installed the latest drivers for my brand new Fireface UC that I just bought, but after installation I noticed these files mentioned in the manual are missing :

/ Systems / Library / Extensions / FirefaceUSB.kest
/ Users / username / Library / Preferences / folder Fireface USB
/ Users / username / Library / Preferences / de.rme-audio.FirefaceUSBMixer.plist
/ Users / username / Library / Preferences / de.rme-audio.TotalmixFX.plist
/ Users / username / Library / Preferences / de.rme-audio.Fireface_USB_settings.plist
/ Library / LaunchAgents / de.rme-audio.firefaceUSBAgent.plist

I've reinstalled the driver and the flash update tool several times but still nothing.

In addition, when i'm working on Ableton live or when i'm listening to itunes , the sound is going bad like if the buffer is overcharging . I'm very frustrated to have spent so much money to get any kind of trouble with it. I actually paid the price to avoid that...
