Topic: fireface 800, right side of headphones have stopped working

hello,


I have been using my small mono amp for sound from my fire face 800/and mac mini, because i got noise complaints (in apartment),

since then my head phones have stopped working through the right side,  even tho the mix is indicating that the sound is working,

I have tried the head phones through my other devices-ie i-pod and laptop and they work fine.

is there some kind of reset button??? i can use????

I have tried updating the software as well, this has not helped?

please help me ol wise ones.

These other devices don't use the 1/4" adapter, maybe that is the problem here. Otherwise, if the port is really broken, you can send in the FF800 for service in your area.
