Topic: Fireface 800 and the 2012 iMacs

I'm getting ready to upgrade my computer to the new 2012 27" iMac, soon be released, but I noticed that the iMacs will no longer have the FW800 ports.  Bummer!  The looming question:  How will I be able to hook up my Fireface 800?  I've heard about an adapter that allows the FW to interface with the Thunderbolt port but does that really work?  Is it really as simple as that?  Or is there another workaround?  Or should I quit thinking about the new iMac and get something else?
Thanks!

Wow, that's really encouraging to hear.
Of course, there are adapters and then there are adapters.  Which one should I go for, if anyone knows?
Thanks, again.

Apple's Thunderbolt to FW adapter working pretty well here with FF800 and iMac.

I believe there is currently only one TB-FW adapter from Apple.
