Topic: UCX - New IPAD 4 - lightning connector to usb camera connector

Hi All,,

Im hoping to invest in the new ipad 4 for music work with the UCX - all being well....

Has anyone on the forum or anyone at the RME headquarters, tested the New ipad 4th gen, with the UCX?

From what i can see there is 2 potential ways of doing this -

Apple Lightning connector to usb camera - http://store.apple.com/uk/product/MD821 … a-adapter?

Any guidance or input appreciated.

You need the Camera connector cable, and yes, it works very good. The new iPad 4 has significantly more CPU and graphics power as the already good 3, which is very useful for audio apps like Auria and Cubasis.
