Topic: UCX don't turn OFF

Hello!

I have a fireface UCX. I installed on MacPro (2010,ID 5.1,10.7.5)
When I turn off the computer, UCX is still working...I tryed all possibilities but is always the same situation..is always ON, the only solution to put in OFF position is unplugged the firewire cable.

Is very strange because first time when I instaled UCX on my old MacPro 2006 worked different, when I turned off my computer, ucx automatically turn off too, now with new Mac NO! sad

Please help and answear me how I can fix this.

Apparently your old Mac turned off FW bus power when it was switched off and the new one does not. The switch on the UCX does not affect FW bus power supply.
