Topic: 2 Mics on input in Pro tools 9

I am new to the RME family and happy that I made the upgrade from my smaller interface.  I am still learning the routing of total mix so please be gentle on me....


I want to record 2/3 mics on a guitar cab and sum to one input in Pro Tools 9.  I am having a hard time understanding the process.  Would someone please give me a rough description on how to do this or point me to the section in the manual that discusses this.  I thank you fellow RME users in advance.

You would leave yourself more flexibility by recording to 2 or 3 separate tracks in Pro Tools and summing in the DAW.
