Hello,

I've been using my FF800 without issue for quite some time now. While working behind my rack yesterday, I unplugged the FW 400 cable from the FF and my computer. Today, I plugged the cable back in and now I cannot get outputs 1&2 to show up on any computer or with any FW cable. I've also re-installed the drivers and updated them. I must have damaged the unit. Any assistance that can be offered is greatly appreciated. Please let me know if any other information is needed.
