Topic: UFX screen whites out after firmware update

When I run the latest firmware update (352, 151, 341) and reboot the UFX the screen shows some data for a split second and then whites out. But TotalMix recognizes the unit.

If I reinstall the bios from the original CD (342, 110, 336), the display is correct. I can go back and forth like this but the latest BIOS seems to cause the unit to fail.

I have the latest drivers and I'm running on Windows 7.

Your UFX needs service, which in this case falls under warranty. Please return it for checking.

I have just purchased this used through Ebay. Do you know whether I can simply take it to any local dealer for service or do I need to track down the original dealer?

Please contact your local distributor. If you are in Germany then that is Synthax Germany.
